Who Am I?

My name is Bianconi Rosangela, known to all as Rosy, born in Arezzo 57 years ago.

My career in the world of curtains began at the age of 18 , way back in 1983, as a sales assistant for Guidelli Arredamenti, after a few years of apprenticeship I began to learn the techniques of hand and machine sewing.

I was immature and devoid of knowledge, but with tenacity, dedication and above all a lot of passion I managed to reach a level of ability that allowed me to open my own business, L'Arte Della Tenda, remained standing until December 2020, then a new path opened up with Tende & Design.

I love my job, because it gives vent to my creativity and gives me the opportunity to help customers choose how to make their home welcoming, being a curtain seamstress is a beautiful job and you create it every day.

I have been on the Tende & Design staff since May 2021, thanks to Marco and Andrea, who they immediately made me feel at ease, I managed to integrate into the mechanisms of their company very quickly and after an initial phase of learning their working methods I had free reign to manage customers for curtains from A to Z.

WORKING METHOD

The sales process we have adopted is a real journey into the world of interior curtains.

the first approach can bedirectly by coming tovisit our showroom or by telephone, then follows an inspection by me or the technicians necessary to take measurements and above all to become aware of the environment we are going to furnish,

because every house, every apartment and every customer has the own personality which must be respected in the choice of fabrics.

Successivamente accogliamo di nuovo il cliente nella nostra sede dove gli mostriamo la selezione dei tessuti fatta appositamente per le sue esigenze, qui entra in campo la mia creatività proprio a disposizione dell’acquirente finale.

In the following days the quote will be delivered to the customer and in case of a positive outcome the order will be proceeded with.

Come già anticipato la scelta dei tessuti è principalmente legata al tipo di arredamento presente, poi cerchiamo di capire che bisogno deve soddisfare, deve schermare ma lasciare luminosità? Each of our fabrics is accompanied by a label showing the washing mode, our assistance service also provides the possibility of removing the curtains from their track and possibly assembling them.
